A little bit of
history
Where and when we came up with the idea of starting up a joint enterprise, that’s kind of hard to tell. We know for a fact it was over the phone, and around mid-August of 2022 AD. But please, make no mistake: this doesn’t really mean we picked the first business that came across our mind… The reality is, Giovanni had already developed knowledge and skills in the import-export business over the years thanks to his own U.S. company Piemont Imports. And in his past career in Italy, Francesco had put his brain and arms to work countless times in the areas of logistics, exporting, and customs.
So, please, just take it easy and grab a drink (Italian, what else!). The extra-mile is our passion, because WE LOVE to look into your eyes when your hands can finally hold what you hold dearest (like the pun?) of the Belpaese, aka Italy!
A little bit of
geography
This map, while simple, nonetheless has the intrinsic power to illustrate what we are striving to achieve: a strong, reliable, long-lasting partnership between two different and distant lands, united though by a vital love for perfection and ingenuity.
Here you have Francesco just arrived in Punta Gorda, FL, from a way cooler New Jersey. What a difference, the weather is just gorgeous here! And the spirit gets boosted as well!
Oh yeah, about us!
Giovanni and Francesco, aka Giuanin & Cichin, would love to have YOU introduce them to the Benedictus community. Hmm? Seems kind of questionable… well, actually, not really. You know why? Because it’s way more genuine, and effective at the same time, if somebody else offers and shares their thoughts about them, than if our two heroes take the floor. That’s why this section welcomes here below your free and honest contribution, which is going to go public (your comment, not the company, at least not yet!), so we just urge you to be mindful of the readership’s sensitivity.
Thank You so much!

Mission statement
We kind of sense it guys, that you wonder what our mission is… isn’t that right? Ok, well, here we go: to be a bridge between… No, no, relax, just kidding. We don’t wanna be any bridge ourselves, what we really wish is to have our own Italian Piemonte transplanted to the Virginian Piedmont. This is the start, and then, God willing, we’ll go even further and beyond… so, just stay tuned!
